Iron Kill · Cosmetopia · Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the game Iron Kill ("the game", "we", "us"), published by Cosmetopia, collects and how it is used. By playing the game you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Iron Kill is a paid game with no advertising. We do not sell your personal data. The game processes the following, only as needed to run:
- Local game progress — your robots, currency, settings, profile picture, replays, and screenshots are stored on your own device.
- Epic Online Services (EOS) account data — when you play through the Epic Games Store, we use Epic Online Services to sign you in. This provides us your Epic account identifier and display name, and lets the game record achievements to your account. This data is processed by Epic Games under Epic's Privacy Policy.
- Online play — if you play online matches, your display name, chosen fighters, and in-match state are shared with your opponent to run the match. Voice chat, where enabled, is transmitted between players.
How we use it
Solely to provide the game: to save your progress, sign you in, record achievements, run online matches, and support the game. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Data retention
Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the game. Account and achievement data are retained by Epic Online Services according to Epic's policies.
Children
The game is not directed at children under the age required by your region's law, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your choices
You can delete local data by removing the game's save folder or uninstalling. For requests regarding EOS account data, contact us or Epic Games.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
