Iron Kill · Cosmetopia · Last updated July 12, 2026
This notice explains how information is handled when you play Iron Kill, use its online features, or contact Cosmetopia for support.
Who is responsible
Cosmetopia publishes Iron Kill. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to cosmetopia.work@gmail.com. Epic Games separately controls information it processes through the Epic Games Store, Epic Online Services, Epic cloud saves, and Easy Anti-Cheat under Epic Games’ Privacy Policy.
Information handled by the game
- Local progress and preferences. The game stores progress, unlocked and upgraded robots, currencies, settings, key bindings, profile choices, saved replays, screenshots, and related game data on your device.
- Epic account information. When Epic services are available, the game receives identifiers needed to recognize your Epic account, such as an Epic Account ID or Product User ID, along with your Epic display name. These identifiers are used for sign-in, achievements, friends, lobbies, online matches, and other requested online features.
- Online match and lobby data. When you use multiplayer, the game and Epic Online Services process lobby settings, chosen fighters, match state, results, connection status, display names, and the technical data needed to connect players.
- Cloud-save data. When Epic cloud saves are enabled, selected progress and preference data is copied to a game save file that the Epic Games Store can upload and restore. Saved replay files, exported videos, screenshots, and machine-specific voice or display settings are not intended to be part of that cloud-save file.
- Optional voice chat. Voice chat is off by default. If you turn it on or use push-to-talk, audio and voice-room information are transmitted through Epic Online Services to the people in your lobby. Iron Kill does not intentionally add voice audio to saved fight replays or local game saves.
- Anti-cheat and security data. Easy Anti-Cheat may process device, operating-system, game-integrity, security, and enforcement information to detect tampering and protect online play. Epic controls that processing; Cosmetopia may receive service status, diagnostic, or enforcement results needed to operate the game.
- Local diagnostic logs. The game creates local logs that can contain game version, hardware and operating-system details, settings, error messages, online-service result codes, and gameplay diagnostics. Cosmetopia receives a log only if you choose to send it for support.
- Support messages. If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you include in your message or attachments.
How the information is used
The information above is used to run and improve the game, load and synchronize progress, authenticate Epic accounts, award achievements, connect multiplayer sessions, provide optional voice chat, protect online play, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. Cosmetopia does not use this information to serve targeted advertising.
When information is shared
Information is shared only as needed with service providers and other participants in the feature you choose to use:
- Epic Games provides the store, account services, achievements, friends, lobbies, peer connectivity, voice chat, cloud saves, and Easy Anti-Cheat.
- Other players can see information needed for multiplayer, including your display name, lobby presence, selected fighter, and match actions. Players in a voice room can hear audio you choose to transmit.
- Authorities or advisers may receive information when reasonably required to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, or establish and defend legal claims.
Cosmetopia does not sell the information described in this policy.
Retention
- Local data remains on your device until you reset it, delete it, or remove the relevant files. Uninstall behavior depends on Windows and the Epic Games Launcher and may not remove every local file.
- Cloud copies, account records, achievement records, anti-cheat data, and online-service records are retained by Epic according to its policies and operational requirements.
- Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain a support record, meet legal obligations, or protect the game and its users.
Your choices and deletion requests
- Keep voice chat set to Off, choose listen-only, or use push-to-talk from the game’s voice settings.
- Use the in-game reset option to clear game progress. You may also remove local Iron Kill data from your Windows user profile. Consider disabling cloud synchronization first if you do not want the Epic Games Launcher to restore a cloud copy.
- Contact cosmetopia.work@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information controlled by Cosmetopia. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
- For data controlled by Epic, use the choices and request methods in Epic Games’ Privacy Policy. Cosmetopia cannot directly delete records held only in your Epic account.
Your rights vary by location, and some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Children
Iron Kill is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Epic account, parental-consent, and age requirements apply to Epic services. A child should use online and voice features only with any permission and supervision required by their region and platform account. If you believe a child provided information to Cosmetopia inappropriately, contact us so we can review the request.
Security and international processing
Reasonable steps are taken to limit and protect information, but no storage or network service is completely secure. Epic may process service data in countries other than your own as described in its privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the game or its services change. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when a new version is posted.
