Iron Kill Support

Windows PC · Epic Games Store

If something is stopping you from entering the arena, start with the checks below. For direct help, email cosmetopia.work@gmail.com.

Launch requirement: Iron Kill currently requires the Epic Games Launcher, an Epic Games account, an internet connection, and Easy Anti-Cheat to launch and play, including single-player modes.

Game will not start

  1. Restart the Epic Games Launcher and launch Iron Kill from your Library.
  2. Use the Launcher’s Manage → Verify option for Iron Kill.
  3. Allow the Easy Anti-Cheat installer to finish if Windows asks for permission.
  4. Restart Windows after a game or anti-cheat update.

Online play is unavailable

  1. Confirm the Epic Games Launcher is online and your Epic account is signed in.
  2. Check that your firewall or security software is not blocking Iron Kill, Epic Online Services, or Easy Anti-Cheat.
  3. Leave the lobby, return to the garage, and try again after a short wait.

Controller or local match issue

  1. Connect controllers before opening Custom Match.
  2. For local multiplayer, have Player 2 press the requested controller button to claim the second side.
  3. Disconnect duplicate virtual controllers if one input controls both fighters.

VR does not connect

  1. Start your OpenXR-compatible PC VR runtime before choosing Enter VR.
  2. Confirm the headset and motion controllers are awake and detected by that runtime.
  3. Exit VR from the game and retry; standard display play remains available.

Cloud-save conflicts

If the Epic Games Launcher asks which save to keep, compare the timestamps carefully and choose the copy that contains your newest progress. Avoid playing on a second PC until the Launcher reports that synchronization is complete.

Voice chat

Voice chat starts Off. You can leave it off, use listen-only, enable open mic, or choose push-to-talk in the game’s voice settings. If other players cannot hear you, verify the selected input device and Windows microphone permission. Never share private information over voice chat.

Protect your account: do not send your password, sign-in code, payment information, private anti-cheat keys, or other secrets. A diagnostic log can contain device details and online identifiers, so review it before attaching it.
