Terms of Use

Iron Kill · Cosmetopia · Effective July 17, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Iron Kill and its Cosmetopia-operated features. Epic’s store, account, and service terms also apply where you use Epic Games services.

License to use the game

Subject to these terms and the terms of the store where you obtained Iron Kill, Cosmetopia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for private entertainment. The game and its assets are licensed, not sold. Cosmetopia and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted here.

Accounts and third-party services

Some features use an Epic account, Epic Online Services, Epic cloud saves, Easy Anti-Cheat, or an OpenXR-compatible runtime. Your use of those services is also governed by the relevant provider’s terms and policies. You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials secure.

Fair play and acceptable conduct

When using Iron Kill, you must not:

• cheat, use unauthorized automation, tamper with the game or Easy Anti-Cheat, bypass security, or knowingly exploit a defect to gain an unfair advantage;
• interfere with servers, connections, matchmaking, other players, or another person’s account;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or share unlawful or seriously abusive content through display names, voice chat, or other interactions;
• reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use the game in a way that violates law or the applicable platform rules.

Access to online features may be limited or removed when reasonably necessary to protect players, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these rules. Anti-cheat decisions may also be made through Epic’s services.

Purchases and refunds

The Epic Games Store controls checkout, payment, regional pricing, taxes, and refund processing for purchases made there. The current store page identifies what is included in an offer. Contact Epic Games Support for payment, refund, or account-purchase questions.

Replays, screenshots, and sharing

Iron Kill can create local replay and screenshot files. You are responsible for how you use or share those files, including respecting other players’ privacy and any applicable platform rules. Do not present modified media as an official Cosmetopia statement.

Updates and service availability

The game may receive updates that fix defects, improve security, balance play, or change features. Online, cloud, voice, account, anti-cheat, and VR services depend on third-party systems and compatible equipment and may be interrupted or changed. Cosmetopia does not promise that every online feature will be available at every time or in every location.

Health and safety

Take breaks and stop playing if you feel discomfort. Follow the safety instructions for your PC, display, controller, headset, motion controllers, and play area. VR play requires extra care: clear the area, use guardian or boundary systems, and remain aware of people and objects around you.

The Iron Kill Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the game and its online features.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Kill is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Cosmetopia is not responsible for failures caused by unsupported hardware, unauthorized modifications, third-party outages, or use that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. A new effective date will be posted here. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, that process will be followed.
